Strong Organics is run by Neville and Chanel Strong. Neville has been growing since he was a kid and can remember selling his family’s vegetables door to door in Berry as a young teenager. Strong Organics is the 7 acre alluvial property which supports a really impressive vegetable shed out at Terara, with quality second to none, fully organic and certified now for 9 years. Open from 8-4pm on Thursday and Friday and from 8-2pm on Saturday and set amongst the fields, it is well worth the visit. Ask to see the mulberry tree that his mother climbed as a child and have him point out the silo across the paddocks where his family once had a shared holding. There is history!
