Welcome to Glowing Hearts Wellness Art/ Connect with Country Meditation Workshop.
This workshop will help you tap into your creative side by designing your own piece of culture with an Aboriginal style artwork on canvas to take home. Here at Glowing Hearts, I provide 'Circle Based Workshops' bringing us to sit together as part of the process from which we create.
To finish off the workshop, we will take part in preparation for 'Connect to Country Meditation' by grounding ourselves in nature together in a guided Meditation Circle.
Meditation will be audio based with 3 phases:
*Guided storytelling of the Dadarri Story
*A beginner breathing session
*Aboriginal Sounds Meditation (20 minutes)
